[GIT PULL] viafb updates for 2.6.40

Hi Paul,

please pull the viafb updates below.
They contain major cleanups, a better PLL/clock management and some notable 
changes for users like write-combining speeding userspace apps up by a factor 
around 6 (on newer hardware) and other things making viafb more likely to work. 
Also some small changes to make the life of OLPC XO 1.5 users easier.
