From mboxrd@z Thu Jan 1 00:00:00 1970 From: Luis Henriques Subject: [PATCH] binfmt_misc: drop old optimisation VERBOSE_STATUS flag Date: Thu, 2 Oct 2014 00:11:38 +0100 Message-ID: <20141001231138.GA25689@hercules> Mime-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii Cc: linux-fsdevel@vger.kernel.org, linux-kernel@vger.kernel.org To: Alexander Viro Return-path: Content-Disposition: inline Sender: linux-kernel-owner@vger.kernel.org List-Id: linux-fsdevel.vger.kernel.org The VERBOSE_STATUS flag doesn't seem to be relevant these days. It is a compile time flag that for sure doesn't "save 400 bytes kernel memory".
