Hi,

I would like to attend LSF/MM, to have a discussion on simplifying block
layer, as well as its related topics such as multipage bvecs, rewriting
plugging, or rewriting direct IO. As this implementation affects many
different parts of filesystems and storage drivers, I think it would be
a great opportunity to listen to many other developers who are interested.
More details can be found in the recent posts on LKML. [1, 2, 3]

On the other hand, I'm also interested in discussions on other topics,
such as open-channel SSD or blk-mq support of device mapper.
Since the last year it has been often a hot issue, how to get different
block drivers working well with blk-mq. Though sometimes it doesn't
look quite straightforward to do troubleshooting to track down bugs etc.
It would be great if ideas on how to do that better could be somehow shared.

Regards,
Dongsu
