[PATCH v3 2/9] hugetlbfs: cleanup mknod and tmpfile

Duplicate the few lines that are shared between hugetlbfs_mknod() and
hugetlbfs_tmpfile().

This is a prerequisite for sanely changing the signature of ->tmpfile().
