Subject: [PATCH] netfs: Fix the debug module parameter description
Date: Sat, 5 Sep 2026 07:18:51 +0200	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <20260905051851.11516-1-kmehltretter@gmail.com> (raw)

The debugging mask is registered as the "debug" parameter, but
MODULE_PARM_DESC() attaches its description to "netfs_debug", the
backing variable, so modinfo lists the description under a parameter
that does not exist.

Use the parameter name.

Fixes: b900f4b89b4d ("netfs: Split some core bits out into their own file")
