Anybody aware of any good/recent working HOWTOs/guide/ebook etc?

Sorry to miss out this: specifically how to migrate the root filesystem.
I think I found one reference:

which *i think* can very be easily adapted for any other
filesystem.....let me check it out first. Sorry for the noise :-).
