Tested using the ioctl GPIO_V2_GET_LINE_IOCTL and with the configs flags:
GPIO_V2_LINE_FLAG_BIAS_PULL_DOWN, GPIO_V2_LINE_FLAG_BIAS_PULL_UP and 
GPIO_V2_LINE_FLAG_BIAS_DISABLED.
