[PATCH] gpio: gpio-xilinx: Fix integer overflow

[Srinivas Neeli]

Current implementation is not able to configure more than 32 pins
due to incorrect data type. So type casting with unsigned long
to avoid it.

Yeah, I even checked this in asm, and indeed it doesn't work. Don't
know what was that about me...
