(They're not!) Yes, there was real nightmare to compile 5.1 with qt-3, but as I remember, I somehow manage to do it. But 5.2 on Slack 8.1 (and 8.0) worked with a simple ./configure; make; make install. Obviously, Linux (again) stepped forward, and developers are late (again). Last time, when the "next step" was qt-3, it takes to me 2-3 months to have my software up-and-running again. Alek. -- 73 de YU1IS
