The release 1.2.9 includes many improvements since last official version. A new wiki site is available at http://apps.sourceforge.net/mediawiki/hamlib/ It will make it easier for the community to contribute and participate in the project. Please, test it out and report to hamlib-developer@lists.sourceforge.net A big update of the kenwood backend is scheduled for the next Hamlib version. Developers and owners of these radios are strongly invited to join the Hamlib team by subscribing to this mailing list. If your favorite rig is not in the supported list, feel free to ask. We need more beta-testers, so all the backends can reach the stable and fully supported state. Many thanks to all the developers and testers who participated in this release, and esp. to Terry KJ4EED who did a lot of work for the long expected new yaesu models (FT-450, FT-2000, FT-9000,..). Contributors and backend maintainers are listed in the AUTHORS file. Have fun and let us know! 73 de Stephane - F8CFE & the Hamlib team
