Faq is at:
<http://cvs.sourceforge.net/viewcvs.py/xastir/xastir/FAQ?&view=auto>
Netcat puts a serial or parallel port on an IP channel. Useful but not
what I needed. 'remserial' from the Xastir faq was the solution and
it's working.
