It looks as if it does.  Switch to RTTY mode, and take a look at the
very bottom of the window.  There's a selector labeled "Rv", and
hovering the cursor over it brings up an explanation of "Reverse".
This may do just what you want... and if it does, you won't have to
alter your rig settings and re-tune when switching between an
RTTY-normal and RTTY-inverted arrangement.

I assume it switches both Tx and Rx bit conventions at the same
time - it would make for an unusual QSO if it didn't :-)
