Hi,
In the ax-25 howto there's a mention of a program called 'pms' by alan
cox. Can't find it with google.
Any suggestions where to find it?

I think it was dropped around the time when the original ax25-utils
were split to ax25-tools/apps/libax25. You can find at least one
version at http://he.fi/pub/ham/unix/linux/ax25/ in the ax25-utils
package.
