[PATCH 0/2] MAINTAINERS: drop few inactive maintainers

As soon as I sent review replies in recent days, I noticed that my
emails to few maintainers bounced. I discovered that they weren't active
anymore, so let's drop them from MAINTAINERS so that people won't send
emails to them and get bounced.

[PATCH 1/2] MAINTAINERS: remove Thomas Sailer

[Bagas Sanjaya]

Emails to him at <t.sailer@alumni.ethz.ch> bounce (550 error). However,
he was already listed on CREDITS. Remove him from MAINTAINERS entry.

Also, mark BAYCOM/HDLCDRV DRIVERS FOR AX.25 as orphan (no maintainers
for the subsystem as of now).

Their last post on LKML was two years ago ([1] and [2]). Remove them.
