[PATCH][next] ray_cs: Use fallthrough pseudo-keyword

[Gustavo A. R. Silva]

In order to enable -Wimplicit-fallthrough for Clang[1], replace the
existing /* fall through */ comments with the new pseudo-keyword
macro fallthrough[2].
