I've found that when removing a USB flash key device during a file read, once the device is re-inserted, all subsequent attempts to mount said device seem fail with a busy error. The device is properly unmounted and file handles etc. closed at removal by code invoked by hotplug. Is this something that may have been fixed in a later version of the kernel -- or is there anyway I can manually reset the device? Any assistance here is greatly appreciated. Many thanks!
