I noticed 025 has moved the permissions file(s) to
/etc/udev/permissions.d/ and rule file(s) to /etc/udev/rules.d/, but
'make install' still installs the default files in /etc/udev/ and the
permissions.d and rules.d directories aren't created. The Makefile may
need fixing.
