looks not like a bug in the Bluetooth drivers to me, because non of them
were recently changed.

You may include Hannes udev-patch in the meantime, that handles
firmware events different from all others. We will have a TIMEOUT value
in the next kernel and the current devel-udev already recognizes it, but
that will take some time to show up on the users machines.
