From the current code, seems only one rule can be matched,
so only one device node can be created.
is it possible to use multiple rules for one device?
such as create a devce node "sda" at /dev, but another node at
/udev/disk/scsi/a.

Currently, no, this is not possible. But you can create multiple
symlinks for the same device.
