Just upgraded from 2.6.3 to 2.6.4, and now I'm getting
errors on boot in usb.agent related to my usb UPS,
even with the 2004-03-11 hotplug release files:
cat: /sys/class/usb/hiddev0/bNumConfigurations: No
such file or directory
and:
usb.agent line 144 [: too many arguments
/sys/class/usb/hiddev0 looks like this: (never seems
to contain a bNumConfigurations)
$ ls -al /sys/class/usb/hiddev0
total 0
drwxr-xr-x 2 root root 0 Mar 12 23:12 .
drwxr-xr-x 3 root root 0 Mar 12 18:12 ..
-r--r--r-- 1 root root 4096 Mar 12 23:12 dev
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 9 Mar 12 23:12 device ->
../../../
Mark.

Yeah, and it never will. We are getting confused about what kind of USB
event we are getting here. I'll work on fixing it...
thanks,
