Hi,

Playing with my new IOMEGA USB key, I observed intermittent problems with 
usb.agent when defining REMOVER  when unplugging the device.
The variable was not well defined and the script I wrote to remove the icon 
from my kde desktop was not launched.

I partly tracked the problem to usb.agent and wrote a (crapy) turn-around. I 
attached the modified file.

P.S.: I observed that the device was (in /sys/...) was well obtained, but 
readlink was returning an empty string in ~1/4 cases.

It's completely broken. The debian package has some patches which fix
this and other issues with USB cold plugging but I had not time yet to
rediff them against the latest hotplug release.
