Log actions releated to /etc/dev.d scripts

Hi

I was trying to debug a script from /etc/dev.d and found that nothing is
logged, even when logging is enabled in udev.conf. This little patch
makes is a heck of a lot easier to see what is going on.

Just compile udev with "make DEBUG=true" and you will get all these in
your syslog. We really don't want this kind of debug for normal users.

Enabling debug is not a problem if you are doing development, but is a
bit of a pain for an admin or a "normal user". 

What is the rational behind having some udev actions logged, such as
what rule is used for the naming, but not others like what dev.d script
is being run? Since logging is turned off by default, this doesn't
clutter anyones logs.

Maybe it is disabled on your distribution, no on mine.

The logged messages are the absolute minimum. Everything else is
"development debug" only.

If it's really needed we may introduce a debug-level value in the
config instead of the debug-switch, but that will increase the size
of the udev binary.

Right, both Gentoo and Debian have it disabled, so I assumed that most
others did too.

Well increasing the size isn't really a good thing, but I can foresee a
need for this type of information to be available to users as the
distros move to udev and the /etc/dev.d scripts. However perhaps this
can wait till others start clamouring for it.
