Hello all,

Call of duty, here I am! You asked for report, here it is:
:)

Oct 13 22:13:17 csanote kernel: usb 3-1: new full speed USB device using address 2
Oct 13 22:13:22 csanote wait_for_sysfs[30577]: error: wait_for_sysfs needs an
update to handle the device '/devices/pci0000:00/0000:00:1d.1/usb3/3-1/3-1:1.0'
properly, please report to <linux-hotplug-devel@lists.sourceforge.net>
Oct 13 22:13:22 csanote wait_for_sysfs[30576]: error: wait_for_sysfs needs an
update to handle the device '/devices/pci0000:00/0000:00:1d.1/usb3/3-1'
properly, please report to <linux-hotplug-devel@lists.sourceforge.net>
Oct 13 22:13:24 csanote usb.agent[30583]: libgphoto2: loaded successfully
Oct 13 22:13:41 csanote kernel: usb 3-1: USB disconnect, address 2

This is a Kodak DC240 digital camera USB link.

The following messages could also be relevant:

Oct 13 22:17:10 csanote kernel: usb 3-1: usbfs: interface 0 claimed while
'gtkam' sets config #1
Oct 13 22:17:32 csanote last message repeated 2 times

By the way, when I start up gtkam, it show me the following message in an alert
window:

"
Could not list folders in '/'.

An error occurred in the io-library ('Could not find the requested device on the
USB port'): Could not find USB device (class 0x6, subclass 0xffffffff, protocol
0xffffffff). Make sure this device is connected to the computer.
"

But besides all that, I can browse the subdirs of the CF card, and I can
transfer pictures and files back-and-forth on the USB cable. Good job, thank you!

Just wanted to let you know since you asked :)

Thanks, this should be fixed in the next version of udev.

Got this message on my IBM R40.

If you need more information, just ask.

This should not happen anymore since udev v035 (4 days ago).

I expect that the ndiswrapper doesn't create a "device" symlink to the
physical device in the /class/net/wlan0 directory, so the driver should
be fixed.

Thanks,
