thank you for the support, i found the problem :).

the mount command is not executed because the device is allocated 
by udev.

adding a sleep 1 before the mount gives udev the time to create /dev/sdb1.

this is the message when I plug my USB Stick onto the PC.

Dec 13 18:37:02 Yve wait_for_sysfs[29469]: either wait_for_sysfs (udev 
045) needs an update to handle the device 
'/devices/pci0000:00/0000:00:1d.0/usb2/2-1/2-1:1.0' properly (no bus 
device link) or the sysfs-support of your device's driver needs to be 
fixed, please report to <linux-hotplug-devel@lists.sourceforge.net>
