This patch allows to link udev against a system-wide installed klibc. It uses
the new klcc wrapper. By default our own version is compiled and used, but:
  make USE_KLIB=true KLCC=/usr/bin/klcc all

will link with the wrapper against an already installed version.

Would be nice, if someone can test it.
