As requested in the TODO file of hotplug-ng, here's a manpage for it. It mostly contains information from various other sources such as the manpage of the old hotplug package or Greg's article about hotplug on LWN (I hope that's OK with you). Please let me know if I did grammatical or technical mistakes and I'll gladly fix them. Also let me know if I missed some information which should be in there.
