No, I fixed udev (well, Marco did: http://www.kernel.org/git/?p=3Dlinux/hotplug/udev.git;a=3Dcommit;h=A105fe49= 5bdc95a24eaf2db557104534f6e1db34 ) 060 is now out that fixes all of the above issues on gentoo, hopefully debian will also be happier with it.
