It's intentional, that it's not there. The whole MODALIAS=, $modalias,
%A will be removed from a future udev version, it's not needed, cause
it's available in the environment and sysfs. At the time we started with
the new coldplug/modprobe calling, I didn't expect, that we will end up
with something that simple that we have now with the "uevent" triggers.
