Ok, in looking at the code, the comedi layer is going to have to be
modified to support sysfs and the driver model properly in order for
this device to work with udev in a sane manner.
I suggest working with the developers of that code to do this. Also ask
them why their code isn't in the main kernel.org tree, it should be...
