udevtrigger fails to trigger partition events

Hello!

The udevtrigger program from the current git version of udev fails to
trigger partition events, because of extra semicolon in the scan_block
function.

Oops, sorry, I messed that up. I didn't notice it, cause I'm running a
kernel with the the block devices in /sys/class/block. :)
