I do not see udev causing this error, perhaps you are loading a kernel
module that you do not expect to be? You need to decode those oops
symbols before you can get a real picture of what is happening here.
Oh, and 2.6.13 is about 2 1/2 years old, you might want to use a newer
kernel version, trying to use a newer version of udev with such an old
kernel version is not supported by anyone and you will be very lucky if
it works at all.
