Hi all,
recently udev rules for by-label and by-uuid persistent storage have been
restricted to ENV{DEVTYPE}="partition".
Two cases where that now causes problems on my end:
- LVM/DM devices have no ENV{DEVTYPE}
- Xen domU devices have ENV{DEVTYPE}="disk"
Both are no longer symlinked which is pretty bad. Any thoughts on
reverting the behaviour?
1bc19dbc6b3d9bfbb8d5d63b16c672f5c37e79ff is the commit that changed it.

Those devices were ignored longer by the rules from
60-persistent-storage.rules.
Those links are created by 64-device-mapper.rules - and there is no check on
ENV{DEVTYPE}.

No idea about these ones.

Maybe some change is required for xen - but not for lvm!
