changeset broke other devices.
Can somebody who actually understands the issue have a look at this?

Well, somebody who understands the issue should move that logic into
the kernel, where it belongs, and solve that problem properly. This
hid2hci userspace hack is just a totally crazy idea which we should
never have merged into the udev tree. :)
