RELEASE-NOTES informs to compensate removal of wait_for_sysfs with :
ACTION="add", DEVPATH="/devices/*", ENV{PHYSDEVBUS}="?*",
WAIT_FOR_SYSFS="bus"
Shouldn't class and block devices have this kind of treatment also?
