Hi,
Those are the last custom slackware rules. They creates some
devices in correct place (following devices.txt).
USB devices are moved to /dev/usb/name and Infiniband
to /dev/infiniband/name.
The patch fixes X0R symlink, too. From devices.txt:

Note: /dev/X0R is <letter X>-<digit 0>-<letter R>.
