Hi,
Not sure if this is the right place to ask this question.
Env: redhat ES 4
Xen kernel 2.6.16.29
Hal 0.4.2
When i boot up my redhat ES 4 with xen3 kernel, I get a segfault when hal is
started.
View the output of
/usr/sbin/hald --daemon=no --verbose=yes 2> /tmp/hald.log
At this link: http://kapsel.4mg.com/photo2.html
Is there a problem with the hal version being to old for this kernel.
The original kernel with redhat 4 ES = 2.6.9 and that works fine.
Joeri

Not really. Try wandering over to
http://lists.freedesktop.org/mailman/listinfo/hal
and asking there - they're more likely to be able to help. This mailing
list is for udev.
