Message-Id: List-Id: MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset="us-ascii" Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit To: linux-hotplug@vger.kernel.org Hi, so far I kept the scripts and *.usermap files in /etc/hotplug/usb/ etc. even with systems using udev instead of hotplug, I have udev rules files which point to the script in /etc/hotplug/usb/. I guess some people want to get rid of /etc/hotplug/. what is the suggested alternative? also, I'm now adding scripts for pcmcia. is it recommended to simply have two scripts, one for usb and one for pcmcia, or to have one script for both? thanks for your recommendations.
