The patch to the pci utils distro has most recently lived on the
yggdrasil.com FTP server, I don't know why whoever maintains
pci-utils hasn't included it.

Something I think "pcimodules" ought to do ... it'd seem reasonable
to me that the hotplug project host this patch to pci-utils.  Without
this patch, the "cold-plugging" support for PCI can't work on just
a single device:  it returns the list of modules that EVERY device
on the bus needs.
