hi!
if someone there is interested... i updated the pcimodules source to accept a
parameter:
--device <bus>:<device>.<function>
well... i don't want to patch a patch, maybe you can host the source for
"pcimodules"...
... and if there is no interest... then at least i have a nice-working app...
greetings
- till

pcimodules doesn't seem to "live" anywhere from what I can tell :)
What does your patch do?
thanks,

The patch to the pci utils distro has most recently lived on the
yggdrasil.com FTP server, I don't know why whoever maintains
pci-utils hasn't included it.

Something I think "pcimodules" ought to do ... it'd seem reasonable
to me that the hotplug project host this patch to pci-utils. Without
this patch, the "cold-plugging" support for PCI can't work on just
a single device: it returns the list of modules that EVERY device
on the bus needs.
