Brad, when you plug your IPOD in, does it show up as a device in
/proc/partitions? If so, download devlabel at
http://www.lerhaupt.com/devlabel (latest is 0.29.08).
* Plug in your IPOD
* Add it to devlabel: devlabel add -d /dev/sdX1 -s /dev/ipod_symlink
From there on, when you plug in your IPOD, it should automount. Let me
know.
