Hotplug issue

Hi

	Here I try Linux hotplug on Linux 2.5.73, I found the /proc/sys/kernel/hotplug is /bin/true,not /sbin/hotplug.
When I insert the USB disk, the system can not detect it automatically either change file /proc/sys/kernel/hotplug 's 
content to /sbin/hotplug or not. 

	So , is it a bug of hotplug?

No, it's a bug in your init scripts.  Fix them and you will be fine.
