* device number increasing in /proc/bus/usb ?

Hi hotplug folks,


is it normal that device number increases each time I unplug/plug
an USB mouse? For instance: first plug shows /proc/bus/usb/xxx/nnn,
an each time I unplug/replug the device, nnn increases.
