Message-ID: <marc-linux-hotplug-107184943622954@msgid-missing> (raw)
I was looking at the udev init.d script included with udev on a SuSE box
and noticed that it got some errors.
Actual Results:
/etc/init.d/udev: line 8: /etc/rc.d/init.d/functions: No such file or directory
/etc/init.d/udev: line 25: action: command not found
In spite of the errors, it still seemed to run correctly and create
devices, but I think it could be easily corrected to run cleanly on any
distro by simply:
1. removing line 8
2. changing the action call on line 25 to and echo
Thanks,
Paul Larson
