Subject: USB CANYON Flashdisk!
Date: Thu, 25 Dec 2003 11:24:35 +0000	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <marc-linux-hotplug-107235169629730@msgid-missing> (raw)

Hi!

I have a little problam with my flash disk.
Im using kernel2.4.23 with all USB support compiled as modules, and the
SCSI suport and emaultaion for disk and cdrom.

I also installed the hotplug the debian way.

The problem i have is that my flash disk works if it is connected at the
boot, but when i unplug it i get this in my /var/log/messages
Dec 25 12:01:12 Mintaka kernel: usb.c: USB disconnect on device
00:1d.0-1 address 2
Dec 25 12:01:12 Mintaka kernel: usb.c: USB
disconnect on device 00:1d.0-1.1 address 3

Which i think is ok. Then i plug the flashdisk again in but nothing
realy happens. No device is recognised, and i cant mount it.

Im realy out of any ideas what could be wrong. So any help is wellcome!

THX
Jure
