Subject: RH7 and hotplug scripts -- careful!

I just noticed a strange thing on a new install of
RH7 with 2.4.1 and hotplugging. Basically, if you
don't comment out the way that /etc/rc.sysinit
modprobes host controllers while the root filesystem
is mounted readonly, you end up loading most every
USB module! The workaround is simple.
I can think of several fixes, assuming it's triggered
by something Adam Richter once mentioned: bash uses
tempfiles to run those scripts.
