Current code has assumption that balloon request memory size aligns
with 2MB. But actually Hyper-V doesn't guarantee such alignment. When
balloon driver receives non-aligned balloon request, it produces warning
and balloon up more memory than requested in order to keep 2MB alignment.
Remove the warning and balloon up memory according to actual requested
memory size.

When the driver needs to create a hash value because it
was not done at higher level, then the hash should be marked
as a software not hardware hash.

When the driver needs to create a hash value because it
was not done at higher level, then the hash should be marked
as a software not hardware hash.

If negotiated NVSP version <= NVSP_PROTOCOL_VERSION_6, the offset may
be wrong (too small) due to a host bug. This can cause missing the
end of the send indirection table, and add multiple zero entries from
leading zeros before the data region. This bug adds extra burden on
channel 0.

So fix the offset by computing it from the data structure sizes. This
will ensure netvsc driver runs normally on unfixed hosts, and future
fixed hosts.

To reach the data region, the existing code adds offset in struct
nvsp_5_send_indirect_table on the beginning of this struct. But the
offset should be based on the beginning of its container,
struct nvsp_message. This bug causes the first table entry missing,
and adds an extra zero from the zero pad after the data region.
This can put extra burden on the channel 0.

So, correct the offset usage. Also add a boundary check to ensure
not reading beyond data region.

This patch adds a check of the "net" assigned to a socket during
the vsock_find_bound_socket() and vsock_find_connected_socket()
to support network namespace, allowing to share the same address
(cid, port) across different network namespaces.

This patch adds 'netns' module param to enable this new feature
(disabled by default), because it changes vsock's behavior with
network namespaces and could break existing applications.

G2H transports will use the default network namepsace (init_net).
H2G transports can use different network namespace for different
VMs.

This patch uses default network namepsace (init_net) in all
transports.

This patch assigns the network namespace of the process that opened
vhost-vsock device (e.g. VMM) to the packets coming from the guest,
allowing only host sockets in the same network namespace to
communicate with the guest.

This patch also allows having different VMs, running in different
network namespace, with the same CID.

The netvsc VF skb handler should make sure that skb is not
shared. Similar logic already exists in bonding and team device
drivers.

This is not an issue in practice because the VF devicex
does not send up shared skb's. But the netvsc driver
should do the right thing if it did.

Currently, the reserved size for a tsc page is 4K, which is enough for
communicating with hypervisor. However, in the case where we want to
export the tsc page to userspace (e.g. for vDSO to read the
clocksource), the tsc page should be at least PAGE_SIZE, otherwise, when
PAGE_SIZE is larger than 4K, extra kernel data will be mapped into
userspace, which means leaking kernel information.

Therefore reserve PAGE_SIZE space for tsc_pg as a preparation for the
vDSO support of ARM64 in the future. Also, while at it, replace all
reference to tsc_pg with hv_get_tsc_page() since it should be the only
interface to access tsc page.

hyperv_timer.c exports hyperv_cs, which is used by stimers and the
timesync mechanism.  However, the clocksource dependency is not
needed: these mechanisms only depend on the partition reference
counter (which can be read via a MSR or via the TSC Reference Page).

Introduce the (function) pointer hv_read_reference_counter, as an
embodiment of the partition reference counter read, and export it
in place of the hyperv_cs pointer.  The latter can be removed.

This should clarify that there's no relationship between Hyper-V
stimers & timesync and the Linux clocksource abstractions.  No
functional or semantic change.

Now that we have multi-transport upstream, I started to take a look to
support network namespace in vsock.

As we partially discussed in the multi-transport proposal [1], it could
be nice to support network namespace in vsock to reach the following
goals:
- isolate host applications from guest applications using the same ports
  with CID_ANY
- assign the same CID of VMs running in different network namespaces
- partition VMs between VMMs or at finer granularity

This new feature is disabled by default, because it changes vsock's
behavior with network namespaces and could break existing applications.
It can be enabled with the new 'netns' module parameter of vsock.ko.

This implementation provides the following behavior:
- packets received from the host (received by G2H transports) are
  assigned to the default netns (init_net)
- packets received from the guest (received by H2G - vhost-vsock) are
  assigned to the netns of the process that opens /dev/vhost-vsock
  (usually the VMM, qemu in my tests, opens the /dev/vhost-vsock)
    - for vmci I need some suggestions, because I don't know how to do
      and test the same in the vmci driver, for now vmci uses the
      init_net
- loopback packets are exchanged only in the same netns

I tested the series in this way:

The netvsc VF skb handler should make sure that skb is not
shared. Similar logic already exists in bonding and team device
drivers.

This is not an issue in practice because the VF devicex
does not send up shared skb's. But the netvsc driver
should do the right thing if it did.

clocksource/drivers/hyper-v: Reserve PAGE_SIZE space for tsc page

Currently, the reserved size for a tsc page is 4K, which is enough for
communicating with hypervisor. However, in the case where we want to
export the tsc page to userspace (e.g. for vDSO to read the
clocksource), the tsc page should be at least PAGE_SIZE, otherwise, when
PAGE_SIZE is larger than 4K, extra kernel data will be mapped into
userspace, which means leaking kernel information.

Therefore reserve PAGE_SIZE space for tsc_pg as a preparation for the
vDSO support of ARM64 in the future. Also, while at it, replace all
reference to tsc_pg with hv_get_tsc_page() since it should be the only
interface to access tsc page.

Yes.

Hyper-V sends hot-remove request message which just contains requested
page number but not provide detail range. So Hyper-V driver needs to search
suitable memory block in system memory to return back to host if there is no
memory hot-add before. So I used the is_mem_section_removable() do such check.
