The i.MX8 series products use low pow i2c IP instead
of the old imx i2c IP. As a result, a new driver for
lpi2c is necessary.

This patch adds low power i2c support for the new coming
i.MX products.

The low power i2c can continue operating in stop modes
provided an appropriate clock is available. It is also
designed for low CPU overhead with DMA offloading of FIFO
register accesses.
