Subject: [PATCH v14 04/11] mux: gpio: add mux controller driver for gpio based multiplexers
Date: Mon, 24 Apr 2017 10:36:28 +0200 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <1493022995-16917-5-git-send-email-peda@axentia.se> (raw)
In-Reply-To: <1493022995-16917-1-git-send-email-peda-koto5C5qi+TLoDKTGw+V6w@public.gmane.org>
The driver builds a single multiplexer controller using a number
of gpio pins. For N pins, there will be 2^N possible multiplexer
states. The GPIO pins can be connected (by the hardware) to several
multiplexers, which in that case will be operated in parallel.
