1) The fixes have now been sent to Linus, apologies, missed sending
2) Anything missing that isn't on the "re-post" list then re-post please

I am away Wednesday 23rd - Sunday 27th, with possibly limited IP connectivity
but will be sorting stuff out when I get back ready for the next merge
window.
