Note that this is the first elilo release since Stephane handed over
maintainership to me, so feedback & testing is definitely welcome :o)

New for this release:

 1) Support for ia32 compressed kernels.
 2) Support for subnet-specific config files when netbooting.
 3) initrd handling bug fixed.
